RURESTORE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16901337, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean RURESTORE LTD.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site.

1.3 Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizes and descriptions accurately. Minor variations in packaging, formulation presentation or batch appearance may occur and do not constitute a defect.

1.4 Orders and pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed on incorrect pricing, with a full refund issued.

1.5 Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods, not when payment is taken.

1.6 Intellectual property

All content on this site including text, imagery, logos and product formulations is owned by RURESTORE LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell any part of it without written permission.

1.7 Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim.

1.8 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The products sold on rurestore.co.uk, including but not limited to those containing RU58841, are supplied as topical cosmetic preparations intended for personal research, experimentation and external use by the purchaser.
