SHIPPING POLICY

3.1 Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm UK time Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

3.2 United Kingdom

Delivered by Royal Mail. Typical delivery 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.

3.3 European Union

We are IOSS registered (IOSS number IM2330037101). EU import VAT is collected at checkout and paid by RURestore on your behalf. You will not be charged additional customs fees on arrival for orders under 150 euros. Typical delivery 3 to 10 working days.

3.4 United States

Any applicable import duties or taxes are covered by RURestore. You will not receive a customs invoice. Typical delivery 5 to 12 working days.

3.5 Rest of world

The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees charged on arrival in the destination country. Refusal to pay these charges does not entitle the customer to a refund of the order or original shipping cost. Typical delivery 7 to 21 working days.

3.6 Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 21 working days (international) from dispatch, email info@rurestore.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on working days.

3.7 Incorrect addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
