RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
4.1 Standard returns (unopened products)
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return of any unopened, unused product in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item in re-sellable condition, we will refund the product cost within 5 working days. Original shipping is non-refundable.
4.2 Opened products
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles, applicators or topical products. This does not affect your rights under the 90 Day Growth Guarantee below.
4.3 Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@rurestore.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
4.4 How to start a return
Email info@rurestore.co.uk with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
90 DAY GROWTH GUARANTEE
We stand behind RUstim+. If you follow the programme for 90 days and see no visible regrowth or improvement, we will refund you in full.
5.1 What you get
A full refund of the product cost (shipping excluded) on return of any unused bottles.
5.2 Conditions
To qualify for the guarantee you must:
- Submit a clear "day zero" photograph of the treatment area to progress@rurestore.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Photo must be taken in natural light, from consistent angles (top-down and hairline).
- Submit monthly progress photographs at day 30, day 60 and day 90 to the same email address, from the same angles and lighting conditions where possible.
- Apply the product once daily as directed for the full 90 day period.
- Return any unused or partially used bottles to our returns address (provided on claim) at your cost. Empty bottles do not need to be returned.
5.3 Timeframe
The 90 day period runs from the date your order is placed. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the 90 day period ending. Claims outside this window are not eligible.
5.4 Why the photos
The monthly check-ins let us identify issues early (application inconsistency, underlying medical factors, wrong expectation setting) and give you the best chance of results before the window closes. If no progress is visible at day 30 or day 60 we may contact you with adjustments.
5.5 Refusal grounds
We reserve the right to refuse a claim where the conditions above have not been met, where photographs are missing or clearly inconsistent, or where there is evidence of misuse.
5.6 One claim per household
The guarantee is valid on a customer's first order only and is limited to one claim per household.
